Our Coronavirus Statement

Dear Customers and Stakeholders,

As you know COVID19 is impacting daily activity around the world,  we are continually trying to

estimate the impact of Coronavirus on our business. The safety and well-being of our

customers and employees remains our highest priority.

Crest Medical and Wallace Cameron are following guidelines from The World Health

Organisation and the Department of Health. A cross functional working group is meeting daily

to assess government advice and the impact the virus is having on our supply chain

and customers.

Our operations continue as per usual, however, additional preventative measures have been

implemented to reduce the risk of catching or spreading the virus and to reduce the effect on

our business.

These include:

• Remote working for employees where possible
• Site entry restrictions
• Regular review meetings with core suppliers
• Enhanced cleaning schedules
• Cancelling all external meetings
• 14-day quarantine protocol in place

In these uncertain times it is still business as usual; you can still reach us via phone and email

whether our teams are working in the office or from home.

We remain relentlessly focused on providing you with the excellent service and support you

have come to expect of us, and we thank you for your continued loyalty.

We will keep you advised if the situation with our staff, operations and supply chain materially

changes. Please take care of yourselves and those around you at this difficult time.

Kind Regards

Alastair Maxwell
