Returns
Refused Delivery
Wallace Cameron International reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 15% handling charge for all consignments delivered to customers, which are refused without reasonable cause.
Returned Goods
Wallace Cameron International is under no liability to accept any goods for return eg. Surplus stock, ordering errors, but where it is agreed in writing, a 15% handling charge will be applied to the goods returned. Returns will only be accepted with a written authorisation form available from Wallace Cameron International. Credit will not be issued for goods returned in an unsalable condition.
Property and risk in the goods
Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery. The property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the invoice has been paid in full.
Items not listed
Non stock items specifically ordered to customer’s requirements will only be accepted back for credit where Wallace Cameron International has made an error.
Claims
No claims can be made for damage or deficiency unless our office is notified in writing within the times specified: Non-delivery - within 14 days from date of invoice. Damage or deficiency - within 14 days from receipt.
Refunds
The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 14 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.
